I made this for my little girls 1st year
You'll need a balloon 9"
newspaper
brown Crepe
brown tissue paper
white crepe for the eyes
yellow card paper
brown card paper
pva glue mix with a little water 3:1
First thing, blow up your balloon attached a paper to shape the ears and start sticking newspaper all around the balloon and the cardboard, live this until is dry, cover again with newspaper do this 2 times when is dry.
Once is completed and dry cut a small hole in one side where you want to fill out with sweets and decorate your owl the color you want it.Don't forget to attached strong string to it.
