Strawberry sponge cake with merengue pavlova


Ingredients:
Sponge cake
10 strawberry
1/2 cup sugar
300 ml of whipping cream
1 Tbs of cing sugar
merengue nest 

Preparation:
Prepared the sponge cake once cold cut in two layers, mix 2 spoon of condensed milk and 1/2 cup of any milk with a a fork wet the cake with it.
In a pan cut the strawberry in small sizes add the sugar and cook in low heat, once all the are cooked with a sauce, take them from the heat cover one layer with the sauce and the fruit.
whisk the cream add the icing, once ready cover the syrup with this and use the cream to decorated all the cake decorate the top with broken pavlova.
