Indian te recipe

My friend Smita is from India and this s her te recipe I loved, the one she share is without the cinammon I thing this added another kind of flavour.


Ingredients for 4 people
1 Te bag 
2 mash cardamon ( optional)
1 stick of cinamon
Black pepper (optional)
Half tespoon Grated ginger



Preparation:
In a pot pour 500 ml of water add the ginger, cinammon, black pepper and cardamon bring it to cook once boiled pour 200 ml of milk and the te bag you can add 1 more if you like it strong, I enjoy with 1 let it to boil ith the milk, sift the liquid in 4 cups and add sugar, honey or nything you like.

Strawberry sponge cake with merengue pavlova


Ingredients:
Sponge cake
10 strawberry
1/2 cup sugar
300 ml of whipping cream
1 Tbs of cing sugar
merengue nest 

Preparation:
Prepared the sponge cake once cold cut in two layers, mix 2 spoon of condensed milk and 1/2 cup of any milk with a a fork wet the cake with it.
In a pan cut the strawberry in small sizes add the sugar and cook in low heat, once all the are cooked with a sauce, take them from the heat cover one layer with the sauce and the fruit.
whisk the cream add the icing, once ready cover the syrup with this and use the cream to decorated all the cake decorate the top with broken pavlova.

Pie de maracuya (passion fruit pie)

Este pie aparte del de limon es uno de mis favoritos



Ingredients:
23cm cake tin 
300gs digestives (any flavour)
2 spoons butter
1 double cream 300 ml
1/2 can of evaporated milk (410g)
3 tablespoons icing sugar(optional)
1 can of condensed milk
1 gelatin leave
8 passion fruit 

Preparation:
Mash the biscuit in other fry pan melt the butter, mixed with the biscuit and pressed in loose-bottom fluted flan tin.leaved to cool down, in a mixer put the passion fruit pulp, mixed and after sift the seeds away you'll end with a liquid, now mixed the concentrated passion fruit juice with the condensed milk until creamy, in a container beat the double cream add the icing if desire, when starting to sickness add the evaporated milk very slowly, mix for 2 minutes after add the condensed milk cream add the gelatin if needed pour into your cake.

leave to set 2 hours decorate with double cream and passion fruit juice from the pulp. Enjoy!!

Materials:
Any wool in black, red
red with white spots fabric  
White beads

 we need 2 discs for the bag and 2 small disc for the ears

Condensed milk Chocolate sauce/salsa de chocolate con leche condensada

Ingredients
1 condensed milk
1/4 cup of milk
2 spoon of cocoa powder
4 blocks  of cooking chocolate (dark or milk) any brand

Preparation time 30 minutes
In a pan mix all the ingredients and take it to the hob, cook in moderated fire,mixing all the time, you can use a wooden spoon or a hand whisks, cook until the sauce gets thick add 2 or 4 blocks if necessary.


mix until all the ingredients are dissolved


Once cook will be like this




Once the sauce is ready, can be use for any desert, if decorating a cake, use before cool down if not will be hard to do it also can be replace with white chocolate.If feels adventures, can be added any natural food color.

Three milk cake with fruit and red chocolate sauce

Ingredients:
Sponge cake with 7 eggs
1 condensed milk 298c
1 evaporated milk 300 c
1  double or single cream
Preparation:
In a pan Mix the milks and take it to the hob until boiled, leave it to settle once tepid pour 
To the cake make holes with stick or fork,after 2 hours is ready to decorate with any cream.


 The dripping cream is white chocolate sauce with red food color. .
